Step N Scroll (“the app”) helps users improve daily habits by tracking activity (steps and calories) and reducing distractions by restricting selected apps until daily goals are reached. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it’s protected.

To provide the core features of Step N Scroll, we collect and use the following data:

A) Health & Activity Data (via Apple Health / HealthKit)

If you grant permission, we access Apple’s HealthKit/Health app data to read activity information such as:

• Step count
• Active energy / calories burned (or related activity metrics)

We use this data only to display your progress and determine whether you’ve reached your goals.

B) Goal & App Usage Preferences

We collect data you provide inside the app, including:

• Your daily step goal and calorie goal
• Which apps you choose to restrict for the day
• Your progress and completion status

C) App Restriction Data (Family Controls / Screen Time)

If you enable it, Step N Scroll uses Apple’s Family Controls / Screen Time APIs to apply restrictions to the apps you select. We use this access only to enforce the restrictions you choose as part of the app’s functionality.

D) Support Communications (if you contact us)

If you email support, we collect the information you send (such as your email address and the details of your request) to help you.
